My goal is to work collaboratively in the design and development of relevant, multiple paths of problem–based learning; andragogy. Whether a learner has the advantage of blended learning or eLearning alone, my philosophy rings that learning should be experiential learning. I'm focused on engaging people to the point that they are immersed in relevant simulations of learning so that they no longer associate knowledge gains as a chore. Make learning fun again! This relevancy translates directly into self-motivation, with knowledge gaining momentum. It's simple: not everyone learns the same way, through similar methods, so why should we deliver the same lecture to all? Expose them to hands-on activities, reinforcing their knowledge/skills through multiple paths. Applicable learning marches forward with self-motivation, with knowledge gaining momentum.

When creating learning experiences, the audience has to be targeted. The objectives, or learning outcomes, must be hit on the head; through online exercises, assessments, and discussions. Otherwise, the greatest design, the most magnificent interactivity, and all gamification will fall flat. However, if you can put the three together – artistic design, interactivity, and relevant instructional content designed toward learning outcomes, you are giving learners the greatest opportunity to not just succeed in completing the course, but in applying what they've learned to their own set of goals.
