Applying Kirkpatrick's 4 Levels of Evaluation is key to creating effective eLearning and Blended learning courses. Maintaining a high level of 1) learner satisfaction, 2) absorbed learning, 3) applied learning, and 4) ROI, are all key components to an Instructional Designer's success.

For my end project in the Evaluation course at Purdue, I chose to evaluate my own course with both a formative and summative assessment.
